In-House Warranty Details Limited Warranty This limited warranty is exclusively extended to you, the original purchaser. High Tech Automotive Inc. guarantees that the repairs and services conducted at our location will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period and mileage specified on your paid invoice, whichever comes first, from the date of the first repair and the odometer reading on the original repair order. Repair costs under warranty will not exceed the costs of the original repair or service. In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, High Tech Automotive Inc. may opt to perform remedial service work at no charge, replace the defective warranted part(s) at no cost, or refund the entire charge for the warranted repairs, minus any previous refunds or credits. Warranty coverage is for the replacement of failed parts only.

If you're within 25 miles of High Tech Automotive Inc., you must return your vehicle to our facility. If your vehicle is inoperable and you're more than 25 miles away, you might qualify for towing and/or rental car benefits under the Napa Autocare Peace Of Mind Nationwide Limited Warranty. Not Covered Under Warranty This warranty does not cover parts installed by someone other than High Tech Automotive Inc. We do not authorize any other business to perform warranty repair or service on our behalf without prior direct contact. Written approval for repairs must be obtained from us, specifying approved repairs, services, and total charges. Unauthorized warranty repairs will void any warranty we extend. This warranty also doesn't cover repairs due to vehicle misuse or negligence, overheating, lack of lubrication, damages due to contaminated fuels or lubricants, off-road use, racing or high-performance use, alterations, accidents, removal of any recording device for monitoring purposes, or any other consequential damages. It doesn't apply to tires, brake friction material, remanufactured engines, and remanufactured transmissions; these are governed by the warranties provided by their respective suppliers or manufacturers. Unless otherwise stated, this warranty doesn't cover used parts purchased to complete a repair. It doesn't extend to the customer's loss of use of the vehicle, towing charges, car rental, lodging, lost wages, interruption of vacation and/or business trips, or any other consequential or incidental damages incurred.

Oil Changes and Fluid Services Oil changes and other fluid services are warranted for the time and mileage of their respective life, with the exception of defective workmanship.

Disclaimers and Notices Proposition 65 Warning Motor vehicles contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals are present in various vehicle components and replacement parts, vehicle fluids, and materials used for vehicle maintenance. When you service, clean, or maintain your car, you will be exposed to these chemicals. To minimize your exposure, work in a well-ventilated area, avoid smoking, drinking, or eating while working, and follow manufacturer instructions for vehicle use and maintenance.

NAPA Nationwide Warranty Customer is notified that property left with our repair facility is not insured against theft, fire, or vandalism to the amount of its actual cash value. Customers grant High Tech Automotive Inc. employees permission to operate the described vehicle on streets, highways, or elsewhere for necessary testing, inspection, or delivery. No personal property should be left in the vehicle, and the repair facility is not responsible for such items. Delays in parts shipment beyond our control are not our responsibility. Some repairs may be sublet.

All charges for repairs, including labor and materials, are due and payable upon the delivery of the vehicle or within three (3) days after notice that the repairs are completed. A storage charge of $15.00 per day will be incurred for each day the vehicle is not picked up after such notice is given. The repair facility is authorized to deliver the vehicle or its contents to any person presenting this receipt.

Maintenance and servicing costs are not included in this Repair Order unless stated in writing. No labor claims will be paid on defective parts. Warranty on parts sold is limited to the time and mileage offered by the part manufacturer or supplier. Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee and must be within 15 days of purchase.
